Why we publish prices
Most chimney companies will not put a number on a page. We do, because the annual services are predictable and you should be able to plan for them. We set our starting prices roughly 20 percent below what we see charged for the same work around Kankakee County, and we hold them for every town in our service area. When a job needs an inspection first, the inspection fee is credited toward the repair.
What can change the price
- More than one flue in the chimney.
- Stage three glazed creosote that needs a rotary head or a two-visit chemical treatment.
- Chimneys over 30 feet or with steep or fragile roofs.
- Inserts that must be removed to reach the liner.
- Parts for older gas units that are hard to source.

Are these the final prices?
For a typical single-flue residential job, yes. If something about your chimney changes the price, you hear it before we start, not on the invoice.
Why are your prices lower than other quotes I have received?
We run a small crew from one location in Bourbonnais with low overhead and we set prices about 20 percent under the local going rate on purpose. The work is done to the same NFPA 211 standard.
Do you charge a trip fee?
No, not anywhere inside our service area.
Is the inspection fee credited toward repairs?
Yes. If we inspect and you have us do the recommended repair, the inspection price comes off the repair invoice.
Why do you not price relining and masonry on this page?
Because the price depends on what the camera finds: liner height and diameter, how many tiles must come out, how much mortar has failed. The starting points give you an idea; the inspection gives you the number.
Do you offer discounts?
