We are on William R Latham Senior Drive on the north side of Bourbonnais, a short drive from Route 50 and Olivet Nazarene University. Most of the day the trucks are out, so call before you stop by if you want to talk to Jacob in person.

- Roughly when it was last swept or inspected, if you know.
- What you noticed: smell, smoke, water, a noise, a slow dryer.
- Your town, so we can group you with nearby jobs and get there sooner.

Inspections have a published price on the pricing page and are credited toward any repair we do. We do not do unpriced sales visits.
Do you need me to be home?
For interior work, yes. For roof-only work such as a cap or crown coat we can often work with you away, with your permission and a photo report afterward.
Do you serve my town?
If you are within about 25 miles of Bourbonnais, almost certainly. Check the service area page or just call.
What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, check and major credit cards, paid when the work is done.
Can I get a copy of your insurance certificate?
Yes. Ask when you book and we will send it before the visit.
